Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Water Review

Product Sponsored By IMBB

Hi girls!

Firstly I should tell you that I have sensitive skin, that typically breaks out very quickly. So usually, I’m quite apprehensive about trying new face products, especially cleansers and serums. I prefer trying products that are natural yet good smelling. Innisfree is the first natural brand from Korea that launched its collection in India. All its products are eco-friendly and are extremely popular worldwide. The brand has outlets only across Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. We hope and wish it to expand its operations in other cities as well. Even if they don’t, the collections are easily available online at Nykaa. Also, I would like to thank IMBB to sponsor yet another product for me. Read on to find if it was worth a try.

Packaging:
It comes in a huge green colored plastic bottle. It looks elegant and glamorous in its understated bottle. The bottle is clear, as is the product, which just adds to the elegance somehow. It has a pump and you need to place the cotton pad on the pump and press it gently to soak the cotton pad. Also, all the details are mentioned on the bottle.

Texture:
As the name suggests, the texture is watery and has a very refreshing fragrance. It doesn’t feel heavy at all. The product is suitable for everyday use.

My Experience with Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Water:

Firstly the packaging is great. It has an easy pump to get the exact amount you need, which I do like, but you need to be very careful to cover the whole thing with your cotton pad, otherwise it will squirt the product. The bottle is see-through which is good, as you know when it is going to get empty.

For me, a refreshing cleanser is a must to pamper my tired skin after the daily grind. I wanted a cleanser that would remove all dirt as well as my makeup (especially as I use Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation, which is notoriously difficult to take off), but does not cause any redness, stinging or itching to my face. This helps in removing most of my makeup but not heavy enough to take off every bit of it. However, if you wear little to no makeup, this would work just fine alone. It has an alluring blend of green tea and citrus fragrance. It is gentle and leaves my skin fresh and smooth and my skin does not feel tight or dry at all. Also, even though it’s a natural product, this cleanser stings my eyes quite a bit and leaves my face sticky and warm after use. So, rinsing becomes a must.
