It also helps maintain skin’s youthful appearance and minimise the appearance of pores and fine lines while bringing out your natural radiance. This product is gluten-free, does not contain wheat. How to Use:
Apply a pea-sized amount all over the face using fingers until absorbed.

My Experience with Jane Iredale Smooth Affair Facial Primer and Brightener:
Packaging: The primer comes packaged in a good quality, bronze colored tube which has a golden colored screw cap. The tube comes packaged in the usual white colored cardboard box. Packaging can be termed as travel-friendly.
I picked Jane Iredale Smooth Affair Facial Primer and Brightener to use it during winters when my facial skin tends to dry easily. Recently, I have developed a problem; I tend to get breakouts due to pore clogging or some skin irritation from some products. I was hesitant to buy this primer, thinking that it may or may not suit my sensitive skin.
The primer is gel textured and has a mousse consistency. It feels soft and smooth, applies smoothly and evenly. Skin does not feel oily or greasy. It takes a few seconds to be absorbed. Once absorbed, the skin is prepped for makeup application. The skin feels smooth, even textured and looks brighter. It keeps the skin hydrated. Does not irritate or dry my sensitive skin. It does not cause any breakouts.
In my opinion, this primer can be used by normal to dry and combination skin types. However, I am reserving this primer for use during cooler climate – autumn and winter. This primer is not advisable for oily skin types. Jane Iredale has a different primer for oily skin types. I apply this primer all over my face. I sometimes apply it directly on to my face and sometimes over my daily moisturizer. However, very less quantity is required to apply all over the face. It helps to set my Jane Iredale beauty balm and foundation lasts longer. It moisturizes, hydrates, brightens and smoothens my facial skin.

Yes, I do recommend this primer to people with normal, dry and combination skin types. For the oily skin type, Jane Iredale has another primer. I may repurchase it for use during cooler climate when my skin tends to become dry.
