My Experience with Kleancolor 5 Color Eyeshadow Palette – Bahamas:

This palette comes in a compact packaging. It has a clear lid, so that you can see the shades inside. It has 5 eye shadows placed neatly. It doesn’t come with a mirror, but has a little dual sided sponge tip applicator. The back of the palette has all the information about the product. The lid shuts with a nice audible click. It is slightly difficult to open this palette, especially if you have short nails. The size is compact and travel-friendly.

The reason I picked up this palette was because of the colour selection. The colours are gorgeous and can be worn on basically with everything. All of them except the first shade are shimmery shadows, which can be used by themselves as well as used with some other matte shades. There is one matte shade in this palette. It is such a universal toned palette that I think everyone must own in their collection, however big or small their makeup stash is. You get to do so many looks with just this palette itself.

Let’s look at the shades individually:
1. This is a grey toned white colour. It is a matte shade and can be used to highlight the brow bone or clean up the shadows. It can also be used to set the eye shadow primer or concealer. This shade is super soft to touch.

2. Next up is a chocolate brown shade. It is a warm brown shimmery shade. The shimmers are finely milled and the shadow is super soft to touch and is very pigmented.

3. Next up is a yellow gold shade. It is very powdery and has a lot of kickback. Nonetheless, it is a beautiful shimmery golden shade that you can wear it by itself or use it with matte browns in the crease.

4. The other brown in this palette is a completely different toned brown. This is a greyish brown colour with fine shimmers in it. It is slightly powdery, but not as much as the gold one. This is again nicely pigmented and buttery smooth.

5. The last shade in this beautiful palette is the coppery shimmery shade. I love this colour and find it stunning. It is an orangey copper colour and looks stunning on the lids. It is slightly powdery but when used it wet, it looks beautiful!

The shadows in this palette are a bit on the powdery side, but they blend nicely. These shadows are well pigmented and can be used wet or dry. For 1$, this palette is a total steal! The texture is super smooth. Only the matte is a bit chalky, but the rest of them are stunning for the price. They stay on the lids for a good 5-6 hours.
