Hi everyone

Today, I am going to share with you all my very first lipstick from Kryolan. After having good experience with their brushes, I was all set to try their lipstick range. Kryolan has absolutely amazing products at very affordable prices! The lipsticks start from Rs. 250 and are available in three finishes. Kryolan lipsticks have three finishes – Classic, Fashion and Pearl. The lipstick I am reviewing today belongs to their classic range.

Product Description:

Lipstick with a long-proven formulation, including Vitamin E to stimulate the skin’s repair mechanism. Lipstick Classic produces a matt impression and is known for its good durability. This Lip Rouge is available in a wide range of more than 48 shades.

Price

Kryolan lipstick costs 250 INR for 4 gm of the product.

Packaging

Kryolan lipstick retails in a silver box packaging. It has a simple and sturdy packaging. The shade number is mentioned at the bottom of the lipstick. The lipstick has code number they do not have names. The body of the lipstick is in silver grey with their logo printed. There is a reflective metal type thing on the top of the lipstick body, you can use it for touch ups it acts as a mirror. Overall for the price, the packaging is complaint free.

Colour

I was really hunting for this shade, I have dusky skin (I am 43.5 in mac) I was searching for a peachy brown lipstick. After researching a lot I found Maybelline bronze orange, but it did look fine with foundation but with a bb cream or light makeup it did not look that good.

Kryolan lipstick in lc 154 is a pretty peachy orange shade with brown undertone. It is perfect and will suit all Indian skin tones.

Texture and pigmentation

The texture of the lipstick is buttery smooth and just glides on the lips. It is quite moisturizing as well. The texture of the lipstick is very creamy, one of my friend told me that the lipstick bullet chips off easily but it happens with any lipstick which is creamy in texture. The pigmentation is really good, the colour comes out opaque. One swipe is more than enough to get full intensity of colour on to your lips. Overall a big yes for the price and quality 😀

Staying power

Staying power is decent. It stays on my lips for 4 hours after which it leaves a soft brown tint on the lips. The lipstick does not dry me out and plus it does not bleed.
