This review is about a micellar water from the absolutely impressive French brand – La Roche-Posay. As we all know, this brand targets the sensitive skin and makes dermatology products using thermal spring water.

My Experience with La Roche-Posay Micellar Water Ultra:

The micellar water comes in a transparent sturdy plastic bottle. The cap is a flip top one.
Smell:
There is a very mild pleasant fragrance.
I have been using the much-acclaimed Bioderma Micellar Water for over a year now, but just for the sake of change, I went to the Boots Pharmacy and got the 400 ml bottle of La Roche-Posay Micellar Water Ultra. The product is also available in 100 ml, 200 ml and 750 ml sizes. The 100 ml bottle would be perfect for short trips. This micellar water is very gentle on the skin and gives a refreshing touch as soon as I put it on my face. It cleanses my extra stubborn mascara without any pulling.
It gently cleanses every bit of makeup from the skin and the best part is that my skin doesn’t feel dry or itchy after using this product. It has a slight cooling effect – perfect for the harsh summers of UAE. The company claims this to be a “no-rinse cleansing water”, but I have not tried that yet. I always wash my face using a face wash after makeup removal. Can’t take chances! I am yet to try this as a toner. This is my second bottle and I am devoted to this now.
