Lakme is such an expert in launching an array of brown shades to their collections. They have added three brown shades to the Enrich Matte range also. Today, I am reviewing the Lakmé #BM11 Enrich Matte Lipstick.

How to Apply:
Step 1: Pull out the cap.
Step 2: Start applying from the centre of your upper lip.
Step 3: Work from the centre of your upper lip, following the contours of your mouth

My Experience with Lakme BM11 Enrich Matte Lipstick:
The lipstick comes in a boring Lakmé packaging. It has a matte, silver colored plastic casing with a clear cap. The cap shuts tightly making it travel-friendly. The only difference in this and enrich satin range is the matte finish of this range. This lipstick tube comes in a silver colored cardboard packaging that has product description etc. But the ingredients list is missing. The packaging is not impressive but definitely very travel-friendly.
The shade #BM11 is soft true brown shade. This shade is a gorgeous n*de brown shade of lipstick that will flatter fair to medium skin tones pretty well. It looks nice on the lips. The lipstick is pretty wearable. It can be easily carried to office. There is no sheen or shimmers in the lipstick. The lipstick sets to a nice non-drying matte finish. The pigmentation of the lipstick is average. It takes 2-3 swipes to build up the color properly and hide that pigmentation of the lips well. The color is easily buildable. It never gets patchy and there are no creasing issues. It feels light and comfortable on the lips.
The texture of the lipstick is soft, smooth and slightly creamy that helps in gliding the lipstick smoothly on the lips. It does not cause much dragging of the lips. The color spreads evenly on the lips. But, the lipstick clings to the dry lips and highlights them so much. So, prepping the lips well is definitely mandatory. The formula is non-drying. It keeps my lips soft and smooth for long. It transfers a little due to its creaminess, but it is not a heavily transferring product. It does not bleed or smudge at all.
The lipstick lasts for some 4-5 hours on my lips. The color gets ripped off after a full meal and the color settles into the fine lines of the lips. My lips feel slightly drying after meals. The color never gets patchy. The lipstick leaves a light stain behind, which can be taken off using a wet wipe.
