My Experience with Makeup Revolution Iconic Pro Lipstick – Absolutely Flawless:
The lipstick comes in a classy matte black cardboard packaging with all the printings in metallic gold colour. This outer packaging contains all the details about the product. The lipstick casing is glossy black in colour with a golden ring around. These lipsticks have a color coded base for easier identification of the shade. The base of the lipstick tube also has a sticker indicating the name of the shade.
Absolutely Flawless is a beautiful nude pink shade. It does not have any shimmers. Though most of the nude shades make me look washed out, this particular nude shade goes well with my skin tone. And I totally love it. The texture is soft and creamy. Its butter like consistency goes smoothly on the lips. There is no tugging or pulling.
As far as the pigmentation part is concerned, the lipstick is decently pigmented and conceals pigmented lips well. It does not feel drying and moisturizes the lips. The lipstick has a typical vanilla fragrance which doesn’t bother me.
The lasting power of the lipstick is low. It does not last for more than 3-4 hours while it fades away superquick with meals. So regular touch ups are required if you are wearing this lipstick.
Overall, I am happy as well as sad with this lipstick – happy, because it is the perfect nude shade and sad due to its low staying power.
