My Experience with Maybelline Fashion Brow Cream Pencil Brown:
Maybelline Fashion Brow Cream Pencil comes in a black wooden form with a color indicated ring at the bottom. It looks nice and easy to use. The product-related information has been provided on a plastic cover, but this information gets destroyed once you remove this cover. They should have provided at least a little information on the pencil. This pencil needs to be sharpened but you do not get any sharpener with it, which creates a little trouble. The good part is that this pencil doesn’t require frequent sharpening. Still, I would say, I prefer twist up pencils.
The pencil comes in two shades and the shade, ‘Brown’ is a beautiful dark brown color that is a perfect shade for my medium skin tone. I feel that this shade will suit well for the Indian skin tones and will never look overpowering. It works well in providing naturally fuller looking brows. The color looks perfect on my brows, and I just need a few strokes to complete the look. This shade is decently pigmented, but a few swipes are required if you want a dark color.
This pencil has a medium creamy texture, which is perfect for a brow product. It is neither too creamy nor too dry, I would say. Its smooth formula makes the pencil glide well without any tugging or pulling. The application is super easy, and my brows don’t look patchy or dry. I can easily achieve that desired shape without any hard effort. I love the pencil as I can easily fill up my brows with it and draw them perfectly.
The brow pencil makes my brows look bold and well-defined. I can easily fill them up as well. Firstly, I prefer to draw a neat line and draw the proper shape, and after that, I fill up the gaps between my brows. Also, it is much easier to use than any brow palette. It defines my brows well and makes them beautiful. This pencil fills up all the gaps between my brows perfectly and looks so neat and clean.
The formula does not smudge or transfer, which is perfect for my oily skin. It stays in place without smudging or fading. This pencil has a nice texture that sets my brows for long. It never looks messy even after a long day. It doesn’t settle in one place, and it is easy to remove as well.
Now coming to the staying power, it lasts long for around 8 hours and does not make my brows look messy by the end of the day. At this affordable price, it is totally a worth product and a very simple pencil that works great. Overall, I’m super happy with this brow pencil. It suits well for my skin tone and works great for everyday use as well. I wish they offered more shades to suit everyone.
