The eyebrow gels

If you want to avoid the colour, you can use clear gels. If you need to fill gaps, use the tinted kind as they can fill gaps and provide natural-looking eyebrows. There is also no fear of your eyebrows getting ruined as the gel will keep them intact. If you cannot achieve the perfect look you want with the gel, use other products and then top them up with the gel to lock the products in. It’s like hair spray for your eyebrows. You can also lift your arches a little without having to use a pencil.
The eyebrow pencils
The pencils are best to define the shape of the eyebrows. But pencils require a lot of blending else your eyebrows can appear fake. Pencils can be used to fill the eyebrows in, but only with a really light hand. If applied in smaller, shorter strokes, a pencil can mimic the appearance of hair on your brows. The problem with pencils is that they need to be blended.
So, if you’re not comfortable with a lot of blending, avoid the pencils. If you’ve decided to pick up a pencil, find one which is soft, smooth and easily blendable. Be sure to check that it does not pull on your eyebrow hair and does not dry out and flake away after application. The pencils are best to reshape your eyebrows, hide scars, lengthen your tail, or heighten your arch.
The eyebrow powders
Brow powders are best for people who want to add plushness to the eyebrows and who don’t suffer from any major brow issues. This gives more uniform density than pencils to already shaped brows. It’s not a corrective measure but adds volume. Brow powders are good to add colour and they are easily buildable for beginners. The issue with powders is finding the perfect colour match.
For natural finish, the powder should be less on the tail and the beginning and should be concentrated on the arches. Use an angled brush to apply and use a spoolie afterwards to comb through the brows to get a more natural appearance. If you have dry skin, the powder may not stick to the hair; lightly swipe an eye cream to avoid this problem. It is a very easy product to work with and is forgiving.
