NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment Don’t Stop Review

I am obsessed with NARS lip products and I am more so obsessed with their new new “Powermatte Lip Pigment” range. The shade that I have picked up for review today is a red lip color called “Don’t Stop.” Read on to know more about this lip pigment.

My Experience with NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment Don’t Stop:

NARS Powermatte lip pigment comes housed in a matte black tube with a see-through lines showing the amount of product left. The lid is a screw-on cap and has NARS written all over. The name of the shade is printed on the bottom of the tube. The applicator is quite unique and has a slight bend which holds the product.

Like YSL Tatouage, even this formula is very liquid-y, but unlike Tatouage, this is insanely pigmented. The shade “Don’t Stop” is a vibrant red color which will flatter a variety of skin tones.

Since it’s very liquid-y, it might feather on people, but personally, I didn’t notice any feathering at all. The applicator is of perfect size and makes it easy to apply in lines. The formula is liquid-y but dries down to a matte finish within a matter of seconds when you apply it on the lips.

It feels lightweight and you really need only one swipe to cover the entire lips. This feels really hydrating and doesn’t need a balm underneath.

When fully dry, it does barely transfer and lasts throughout the day. I didn’t notice much fading even while drinking or eating. The maximum that I have worn this lip color is for 12 hours and it almost looked perfect.
