Sometimes we make mistakes as simple as choosing the most horrendous shampoo! And then there are saviors called SERUMS ! 😛 I haven’t tried a lot of serums but whenever I pick one I make sure it’s from the brand I trust. Organix has always been a boon to me. Even though it is a little pricey for a collage going girl it is worth all the investment.
After trying their Organix Moroccan Argan Oil and absolutely loving it, I thought I’d give Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum a try now! I had a lot of expectations from this product read more to find out how it fared…

My Experience With Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum:
I visited the beauty shop to buy myself another bottle of Organix Moroccan Argan Oil but it was OUT OF STOCK! They sell like hot cakes! So I purchased this product hoping it would be as good as the one I wanted. Well now that I’ve used it long enough I can judge and say that Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum is a good product but not as amazing as the Organix Moroccan Argan Oil.
Packaging- The serum comes in a transparent plastic bottle. It has a turnable cap-the turn and push to dispense type. It is not at all travel friendly. It leaked even when I got it from the store back home. So ladies this will only look and stay good on your dressing table.
Texture- It has a texture similar to coconut oil; transparent serum has the fragrance mostly of pomegranate and mildly of Green tea. The fragrance doesn’t stay that long, hardly an hour after wash.
Normally I apply serum of towel dry hair and leave it naturally to dry, I don’t use a blow drier. One needs to apply a little amount only; it might feel like less while applying but if I use even a drop more it makes my hair oily. In fact it stays oily for a day and then next day *POOF* oil gone! Hair is nice and soft. Weird.
So the right way to use the product will be applying a little.I expected the serum to add shine to my hair, but unfortunately it didn’t. It just made hair soft and smooth. Now that I say it made my hair soft and smooth it didn’t really work that great. Very moderately did it work. It did maintain the volume of hair thankfully and also controlled the frizz to a great extend. The flyaways were taken care of and so were the ends.
The serum didn’t irritate scalp nor did it cause hairfall. All in all I expected the product to do wonders but then it didn’t impress me in a way for which I would keep buying it.The only key features of the product will be – ANTI-FRIZZ.Summing up the PROS and CONS of Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum:
Pros of Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum:
• Fragrance is pleasant and mild.
• Doesn’t irritate scalp.
• Makes hair moderately soft and smooth
• Maintains natural volume
Cons of Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum:
• Gives hair an oily appearance initially.
• Doesn’t add shine.
• Doesn’t add an extra volume.
• Fragrance doesn’t last long.
Will I recommend/ repurchase Organix Revitalizing Pomegranate Green Tea Anti-Frizz Serum?
No. I feel the Organix Moroccan Argan Oil is much better than this one.
