I’ll be honest, I was a little surprised that this baby hasn’t been reviewed on IMBB. It is a staple product in our house, that our entire family loves to bits 😀 I don’t know how many containers we have emptied, yet it still is a favorite product with us. Check out why in this review.
Develped by dermatologists, this rich, nourishing moisturizer is suitable for the most sensitive of skins. Non-greasy and quickly absorbed, it deeply hydrates for noticeably softer, healthier skin. Fortified with soothing vitamin E to naturally guard against free radicals which can cause premature aging.
The Science Behind Healthy Skin
Every Sebamed product is meticulously formulated to a pH balance of exactly 5.5 – precisely the pH of healthy skin. This is essential in maintaining your skin’s natural hydrolipid barrier against environmental stress. Any other pH level, such as found in soap may leave your skin open to break-down and deterioration. Discover what 150 clinical studies have already shown — pH 5.5 is vital for healthy skin.
Sebamed Skin Care:
The extremely mild, soap-free product line with the same pH as your sensitive skin. Nearly 100% Biodegradable. Cruelty Free.
$ 14.95 for 75 ml.
My Experience with Sebamed Moisturizing Cream for Sensitive Skin:
It is a white colored cream, with a soft texture and it comes in a plastic tub container. I can’t put a name to the smell, but I feel it smells a lot like all the products by Sebamed, which is slightly floral. A little less than pea sized amount is enough to cover the entire face.
It gets absorbed into the skin easily and leaves the skin looking dewy and moisturized. It can seem greasy for those who have oily skin. For dry and normal skin beauties, this works fantastic. It doesn’t cause any break outs.
Also, the comforting factor is that it claims to balance the pH of our skin.
We have a tub of this throughout the year, but I reach out for this more during winters than summers. Some may find the tub packaging unhygienic, but since we use it right after washing our face and hands, that isn’t an issue for us at all. We’ve been purchasing this for years, so it goes without saying how much we adore it. Definitely recommended!
