I hope all of you are doing great and are excited about Valentine’s Day. For us, this year’s Valentine’s Day is a little more special as this will be our last day of privacy. Well, what I am trying to say is this that, till these 3 and ½ years, it was just the two of us at home. But, as we are soon going to be a family, either his or my parents will stay with us to help out with the baby. So, I guess will have to say bye-bye to the carefree-couple time. 😛

Therefore, I am planning to make this Valentine’s Day a little more special for both of us. I have already ordered some surprise gifts for my husband which he will get soon. Also, I am looking for a nice cosy place nearby where we can spend time that day. Anyway, let’s see how it goes.

Coming to today’s product Shahnaz Husain Forever Morning Glory Nectar Moisturiser was a gift from my brother. Last time when he visited me, he gave me some products from Shahanaz Husain and this was a part of that gift basket. I have combination to oily skin; so, I rarely use moisturizer on my face. But, I always like to keep one light moisturizer in my kit for days when my skin feels dry.

Morning Glory Nectar Moisturiser Specially formulated to rehydrate and soften the skin, it contains natural moisturisers and beauty enhances like honey, rose and aloe vera. Easily absorbed, it relieves dryness and nourishes the skin, leaving it soft, smooth, supple and youthful.

My Experience with Shahnaz Husain Forever Morning Glory Nectar Moisturiser :

As I mentioned earlier, I have combination to oily skin. But, once in a while my skin feels dry also. Especially, if I use some harsh face wash or if the weather is too cold and dry. To sooth these dry patches, I look for a light moisturizer as heavy ones can make my already oily T zone oilier and can break me out. The Shahnaz Forever Morning Glory Nectar Moisturizer fits my bill perfectly.

This light weight moisturizer has a thin consistency that gets absorbed into the skin within a few seconds. It leaves no greasiness or shine behind. Skin feels hydrated and soft after use. It is also a good option to be used underneath makeup. Even dry skin beauties who want non greasy light moisturization for their skin will like this one.

It has dominating smell of rose, which stays on skin for quite some time after application. The rose smell is not bothersome for me, but it is not a light smell. If you are into fragrance free moisturizers, then the smell can be a concern for you.

It comes in no fuss transparent plastic bottle, with flip open cap. Packaging is easy to use and travel friendly.

In totality, I feel it is a good light moisturizer which soothes dryness and hydrates skin very well without making it greasy. Skin feels soft and supple after use. For people who love the fragrance of roses, this moisturizer can be an added bonus. It’s a good product, but not like a must have product for me.
