After a short pause due to crazy work at office, I am writing down a long pending review of an amazing, yet not so popular retractable eyeliner. Today’s review is about Skinn Cosmetics Waterproof Eyeliner in the shade Navy Seal.

How to Use:
Twist pencil to reveal tip of liner and gently glide onto upper and/or lower eyelids close to lash line. Sharpener is included on other end of liner. Select shades include a smudger on the other end of the liner as well.

My Take on Skinn Cosmetics Luxe Waterproof Eyeliner Navy Seal:
In one line: the perfect eyeliner. Starting with the packaging, Skinn Cosmetics Waterproof Eyeliners come in black, retractable packaging. It is available in six shades (Bronze, Rich Black, Navy Seal, Deep Brown, Midnight Purple and Hazel Moss). Every shade includes a sharpener at the bottom, enclosed inside the small cap labelled with coloured band, displaying the shade of the eyeliner. Three of six shades included an added smudger along with eyeliner. The sharpener is great to give you a sharp tip with every twist for thinner lines. The caps close real tight. Big thumbs up for packaging.
Now coming to the formula, not so creamy yet not at all drying. But it is insanely pigmented; which gives full color payoff in one single swipe without any tug or pull. It carries matte finish and no sparkles. You won’t need a second swipe or reapplication ever. The eyeliner is not only waterproof and smudge proof, it is one of the most long wearing eyeliners I have ever touched. It stays in place no matter what for 12 hours (the maximum wear time I have experienced).
There was no fading at all. Even after 12 hours, it looked like just applied an hour ago. The waterproof formula makes it a bit difficult to remove. Simple water or a cleanser won’t do any good here and you will need a proper makeup remover to clean the eyelids. On waterline, it stays for more than 8 hours. The shade, navy seal, is a deep navy blue which looks like a midnight blue actually. The formula is lightweight and safe for sensitive eyes. On eyelids and waterline both, there has been no irritation or tears ever.
