Sukin Super Greens Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser Review

Hello, everyone!

Today’s review is about Sukin Super Greens Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturizer. I recently purchased a few products from Sukin and here is the review of one of facial moisturisers from their ‘Super Green’ range. Sukin is an Australian brand which is completely into organic products. Plus, their products are not highly priced. It can’t get better than this! I always wanted to shift to organic products but hesitated due to the high costs. Now that I have found this brand, I think I will stick to it for some time.

My Experience with Sukin Super Greens Nutrient Rich Facial Moisturiser:

The overall packaging is dark green with a black pump. The Super Green series has these typical packaging colours. The product comes in a tall plastic bottle container with a long pump dispenser. Usually, these pumps can be locked by turning left or right. But mine is not closing.  I am not sure if it’s like this with all the bottles or just mine. Due to this, I am not able to travel with this product. With every pump, the right amount of the product is dispensed. I use around 2 pumps for my face and neck.

The product is milk-white in colour and is thick in consistency. It spreads very well all over the skin. The product also gets absorbed easily. My face feels slightly oily and not completely matte after the application. I am currently using this product and feel that the oily feel is much required for the freezing temperatures. Once I apply the foundation, my face does not feel greasy or oily and there is a glow as well. I let the moisturiser sink in for a few minutes and then apply my makeup. It feels just perfect as a base. The moisturiser leaves the skin soft and supple.

The fragrance smells like cranberries and I love it. It’s not overpowering. It’s very mild and disappears within minutes. I have a very sensitive skin and most products cause breakout. But I was very positive about this and it did not cause any kind of breakout or redness. The only thing missing is the UV protection. So, I need to apply a sunscreen with this product.

The product contains the extracts of kale, spirulina, chlorella, parsley, aloe vera, sesame seed oil, rosehip oil, avocado oil, cocoa and Shea butter. It has no parabens, artificial colours, mineral oils, added fragrance, SLS and SLES. The product is also not tested on animals. My skin feels great and ready to rest after using it. I feel very happy and guilt free to use the product as it’s completely organic. Love this product, especially during freezing winters!
