This my third review for a hair conditioner on IMBB, because I am always looking for hair care products that will work on my frizzy and dry hair. This one’s from the Korean brand “The Face Shop”. It’s called Keratin Intensive and it’s specifically designed for damaged hair.

Product Description:
Formulated with phytokeratin to replenish lost keratin in damaged hair leaving it stronger and healthier. Aloe extracts relieves the scalp stress that causes hair damage. A silk protein derivative repairs damaged hair for added silkiness, bounce and sheen. The phospholipid complex is of structural importance to the outer part of cells and keeps hair supple and shiny.
How to Use:
After shampooing, distribute over damp hair. Leave on for2 to 3 minutes and rinse thoroughly in warm water.

My Experience with The Face Shop Keratin Intensive Conditioner:
Packaging:
The product comes in a bottle with a pump based top. Due to this, a lot of product is often wasted because the conditioner will stick at the bottom.
Texture:
The conditioner is a white cream-based product, which is not super thick. This makes it easy for it to spread on the hair.
Smell:
There is a sweet lingering smell – probably from the aloe – which stays for a while after the wash.
Results:
As I said, I always keep looking for hair products which can help my hair to become less frizzy and smooth. Due to excessive heat and humidity in UAE, hair tends to get dry. I got the product from The Face Shop store and only got the conditioner after my keratin treatment. The smell is divine and the product washes off easily. I have used conditioners that become soapy.
The hair, after the wash, detangles and doesn’t feel dry. The smell stays for few hours which is something I liked. Though the product didn’t really help in repairing the damage and I started getting split ends, so I guess the search continues.
Pros of The Face Shop Keratin Intensive Conditioner:
• Makes hair smooth and no knots formed after wash.
• Smells amazing.
• Not heavy on the pocket. Reasonably priced.
Cons of The Face Shop Keratin Intensive Conditioner:
• No long-term benefits.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend The Face Shop Keratin Intensive Conditioner?
I am still looking for the hair product that would actually make some difference. I recommend this to people who have normal hydrated hair and want a reasonably priced conditioner for smooth and silky hair.
