Each lip color is Tom Ford’s modern ideal of an essential makeup shade. Rare and exotic ingredients, including soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil, create an ultra-creamy texture with an incredibly smooth application. Specially treated pigments are blended to deliver pure color with just the right balance of luminosity.

My Experience with Tom Ford Lip Colors :
If you have a certain standard for perfection when it comes to lipsticks, this is it. These are perfection lipstick tubes, imho.
Casablanca 03 is a rose brown color with mauve undertones. For me it is a MLBB shade. And I have used so much of it that the ‘TF’ engraving on the lipstick is disappeared now. It’s a gorrrgeous shade for warm Indian skin tones.
True Coral 09 is an orangey coral shade. Again the warm undertones makes it very flattering for a whole rage of skin tones.
Flamingo 08 is a brightened a medium cool toned pink.
- These are very creamy and moisturizing lipsticks.
- They don’t bleed, smudge or feather. They definitley have an obvious staining on the cups but not too much.
- They stay and stay for almost 6 hours on me and I still see the beautiful stain on color on my lips.
- The packaging is gorgeous black and gold square tubes. The lipsticks have ‘TF’ engraved on them. And the caps close to a satisfying click. The only problem is that they are quite broad and don’t fit in my lipstick stand. Well! I don’t mind since they look so gorgeous. They are forgiven. 😛
- These lipsticks have a lovely vanilla fragrance but no noticeable taste.
- They feel light on lips.
- The finish is creamy but it settles down to a semi matte finish.
- They go on smoothly.
- The lipsticks are super pigmented and they give a completely opaque application.
- They don’t settle in fine lines. They rather make lips look soo good and even.
Overall, as I mentioned these are just perfect lipsticks. Once you start using them, you keep going back to them again and again. All the Tom Ford makeup is crazy expensive but he has hit the quality standards like no other. I mean it’s crazy how he has been able to get just everything right. It looks like a makeup created by a woman. Just BRILLIANT! Tomorrow if I get a chance to create makeup, Tom Ford would be my standard. Oh well! day dreaming! 😉

Love the shades on you Rati! Tom Ford stuff truly is exceptional. I resisted buying the lippies for sooooo long thinking – all a hype and too expensive! But i am so glad i finally splurged!! One was a gift from IMBB and the second one was my Birthday gift to myself!! 😉 They are just so perfect in quality!!

i so agree K, these lipsticks are to die for. I mean i couldnt believe how could these be so good. ..i mean how. 😛 I saw both the colors you have and both of them are gorgeous. I think you should totally pick that brush if you use liquid foundations with brushes. You’d live it. :))

Tom Ford lipstick is the best hands down. This color is spectacular for the spring/summer! It is a hot pink/coral type color and it goes on smoothly with great color!
