My Experience with Tony Moly I’M Real Pomegranate Elasticity Mask Sheet:
Tony Moly is a famous Korean brand well known for its innovative packaging and affordable prices. I love their sheet masks. They are jam-packed with essence. They are also super easy to use. Tony Moly I’M Real Pomegranate sheet mask comes in a pink plastic packet. The outer packaging has a cut pomegranate graphic design in the front. The back of this packet describes the product related information in both English and Korean. Each packet contains one sheet mask. The mask has a sleek and travel friendly packaging. I can easily place this in my bag. Overall, I love the packaging.
The sheet mask is made up of thick cotton. The cloth material is really soft and doesn’t irritate my skin. It has a slightly thicker texture than other masks that I have tried. The mask cover my entire face, in fact it slightly covers my upper neck section. It has cut outs for eyes, nose and lips. It fits snugly on the face and does not slip off. The mask is deeply infused with essence. When you first remove the sheet from the plastic you can see the amount of essence infused in the mask.
The “Pomegranate” mask claims to firm the skin and give a taut look to the skin. The mask has sweet yet slight alcoholic scent to it. This mask has an amazing fragrance. It’s fruity and fresh. Of all the masks that I have tried, this one has the best fragrance which is perfect but not overpowering. The essence is watery and looks transparent. I removed the sheet mask from its covering and adjusted it on my face and removed the air bubble so that the mask fits snugly to my face.
The mask gives a cooling tingling sensation when applied. The instruction says that you can keep the mask on for around 20 minutes, but I keep it on for 30 minutes to an hour till the mask completely dries and the essence is completely soaked by my skin. After removing the mask, massage the left over essence into the skin till it’s completely absorbed. Don’t wash your face. I felt the firmness at least in my head I felt it. When I asked my hubby if my face looked firmer, he said he didn’t see any firmness but my face looked brighter. The sheet mask reduced the redness on my chin and made my skin tone more even.
It hydrated my skin and made it look supple and nourished. It gave a nice healthy glow to my skin which lasted for couple of days. The mask is perfect for oily skin. It didn’t break out my skin. Overall I really love this mask.
