Too Faced Better Than Sex Waterproof Mascara Review

Today, I am reviewing a mascara that I have been obsessed about since the time I have started using it. Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara already is a cult favourite. I picked up a waterproof version and it is excellent as well. I have not used the original version of this mascara so I can’t really compare but this one has got me addicted to it.

My Experience with Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara Waterproof:

I always like my mascaras to be super dramatic and very very black. Also, since I am not the biggest fan of false eyelashes, I do want my mascaras to give me the false lash effect. This one fits juts right there. It is very black. I love the pale pistachio green packaging.

The brush really gets to the roots of the lashes and coats every single lash. Because of the wider end of the brush, I do find it difficult to get to the inner corner of the lashes but it does not bother me too much.

It’s a creamy mascara and takes a bit of time to dry down, but once it does, it gives that nice luscious thick lashes look. If you are looking for a mascara with natural effect, this is not the one. It thickens the lashes and even lengthens them. It holds up the curl pretty much throughout the day. In fact, this is one mascara in my collection that holds up up the curl the longest. It is waterproof and does not smudge or smear, but it does take its initial dry down time when you apply it.

Also, the brush picks up a lot of product, especially on the end, so it’s best to swipe up the excess before applying the mascara. It has never irritated my eyes.

Overall, I am so much in love with this mascara that I can’t stop using it. I rarely ever repurchase my mascaras but this one, I would. It’s quite a dramatic mascara and that is what I personally like.
