I have already reviewed two new mists from the new Victoria’s Secret range and here I am, with the third one, called “Romantic.” I hadn’t picked any romantic scents from VS earlier because all the ones that I had tried were flirty and feminine ones, so this was pretty new to me. Let’s see how I liked this one 🙂
Price:
$18 for 250 ml/Rs 1200 (I got at an offer of 5 for 200 Dirhams which is equal to INR 740 per bottle).

My Experience with Victoria’s Secret Romantic Fragrance Mist:
Packaging: The new Victoria’s Secret mist looks a lot different than the usual signature style ones. This one comes in a fat round bottle in hot pink packaging with an ombre effect. It has a gold round cap which Victoria’s secret engraved over it. The bottle is loaded with the mist and I think the quantity is great for the price because just a little gets used for each time. It is a little heavy but handy as well. I wouldn’t mind carrying it around. The nozzle works very well too, so as far as the packaging is concerned, they nailed it! I haven’t seen more gorgeous bottles than the VS ones and that’s why I am big fan!
Fragrance: The fragrance of “Romantic” is very fresh and feminine. It smells of an amazing blend of pink petals, freesia and sugary musk with a creamy touch which makes this a unique fragrance. Although this is completely on the floral side, I get to sniff some fruity hints too. Yes, it is overpowering and super sweet and women who can handle sweet scents will like this one. It actually creates romance in the air. A woman wearing this would feel all feminine, confident, and would want to be pampered by her partner. It is a lovely fresh smell that is perfect for day, an evening wear, and will suit all age groups as well!
Staying Power: The staying power of this mist is pretty average. It stays for somewhere around 3 hours and then it has to be applied again, but I think it might stay for around 4-5 hours by using other products from the same range together because that is usually the case with VS mists. But I really wish they stayed a little longer because these have been priced a little higher for a mist. But again, these mists are from Victoria’s Secret, people 😛 I don’t really mind using these mists, but some of you might not like the low staying power, but they do smell faintly for long, so that’s okay for me.
Pros of Victoria’s Secret Romantic Fragrance Mist:
- Super gorgeous packaging, made of plastic, so does not break. The nozzle works perfectly fine.
- It smells fresh and floral, of pink petals and sugary musk.
- Very romantic and feminine fragrance, good for romantic dates.
- Reveals the romantic woman in you.
- Smells sweet and simple.
- A delicious blend of fruity and floral notes.
- Revives my senses and actually gets me in a romantic mood.
- When layered with products from the same range, the fragrance would stay on for 4-5 hours.
- Great one for all round the year.
Cons of Victoria’s Secret Romantic Fragrance Mist:
- You need to spritz it on every 3 hours.
- Limited availability in India.
Would I Repurchase/Recommend Victoria’s Secret Romantic Fragrance Mist?
Yes, I recommend all the new mists to everyone because they are a must try! This is a lot more feminine compared to the others and very romantic as well. It is perfect for dates and parties!
