VLCC Fair Skin Saffron Massage Gel Review

I bought a VLCC Facial Kit and got this saffron massage gel free with it.  I have always loved VLCC products just because of their herbal nature.  This one is an equally good product.

My Take on VLCC Fair Skin Saffron Massage Gel:

The product comes in a tub-like bottle. The bottle contains an orange tinged gel which has a very nice yet a strong fragrance. This product claims to lighten the complexion and if you observe the list of ingredients, then you would get to know that it actually has all the skin nourishing and brightening agents. This product stands tall to its claim. I have used this product on and off. By on and off I mean, sometimes once in a week and sometimes twice or thrice. I did not follow a religious pattern, but it still gave a glow to my face.

Saffron Gel

I did not notice the change earlier, but when everybody admired my skin tone, then I took time to observe and I found out that this thing actually works. Now, I wonder how would this work if I actually used it religiously and also use the Insta Glow Face Pack as recommended, but for now, I am more than happy with this product. The gel gets absorbed in the skin within 5 minutes of massage and does not feel heavy or sticky. I have combination skin yet my skin feels very fresh even after 4-5 hours of applying this gel.

Pros of VLCC Fair Skin Saffron Massage Gel:

  • Actually brightens the complexion.
  • Does not hurt the pocket.
  • Packaging is very travel friendly.
  • Gets absorbed into the skin very easily.

Cons of VLCC Fair Skin Saffron Massage Gel:

  • Some people may find the fragrance to be hard.
  • Availability may be an issue.
  • The tub packaging is not hygienic according to me.
  • You need proper time to apply it, cannot be done in a hurry.

Will I Buy VLCC Fair Skin Saffron Massage Gel Again?

Yes, of course, it is like a permanent member of my vanity case now.

  1. Seems like a good product!!
But its the added artificial orange color that scares me out!
And doesn’t it need to be wiped off from the skin after some time or is it a leave-on gel?

    1. no u dont have to wash it…it gets absorbed in the skin very well…your skin feels well hydrated…if gel is not properly absorbed then your skin will feel stretchy…all you need to do is just massage it with wet fingertips

  2. Good to see you liked the product. I have a saffron massage gel of another brand (don’t remem the name) but its not very good. Doesn’t even smell saffrony.

  3. i ahve to get this and the tea tree gel recently reviewed.i have used this religiously back in 2007 and it wa slovely then
