  1. Good article. I don’t use the ordinary turmeric (Curcuma domestica), but Kasturi turmeric (Curcuma aromatica). I don’t know if it is available everywhere, but in Chennai it is available in most of the shops. I mix it with besan and use it for my bath once or twice a week. I also use it for my 5-year old daughter :cute:
