Hello to all the ladies out there,
Have you guys planned for your new year? I have no plans at all. My all rommies have their office and I have a holiday (see benefit of working in a MNC bank) :P. So I might go out and roam around somewhere. Or I might do online shopping. That is the best thing I can do on a holiday. It has been long since I have done good online shopping.
So coming onto today’s review which is for Vlcc Snigdha Skin Whitening Face Wash Aloe Vera & Saffron. Well, let me confess something -anything which says Whitening attracts me towards it. I know, I know it is not a good thing but what to do. I know in my heart that I will not get “whitening” from it but still- “dil to bacha h ji”
Price: INR 150 for 100ml

My take on VLCC Snigdha Skin Whitening Face Wash Aloe Vera and Saffron:
The face wash comes in white plastic tube with pink colour in front which has its name written on. The packaging looks nice. The flip to open cap is tight enough to prevent any leakage. The face wash is white in colour and when I smelled it, it took me back to my childhood memories. After much smelling and thinking I felt that it smells like “Clinic plus”. Yes it smells somewhat like the shampoo. I always loved clinic plus smell so it was not a problem with me. While using the face wash you need to be careful, as it really hurts if it gets into the eyes. It gave me an oil free face but did not leave any dry feeling, though I still needed a little moisturizer for my skin. It also removed basic makeup like Kohl and eye liner.
As for the whitening part, it failed. I did not notice any improvement in my acne scars as well. I was using it religiously morning and evening but didn’t see any visible changes in my skin. Although my skin felt nice just after using it but the effect was temporary. Overall it is an average face wash.
Pros of VLCC Snigdha Skin Whitening Face Wash Aloe Vera and Saffron:
• Easily available
• Maintains the ph level of skin
• Cleans the dirt and basic makeup
• Travel friendly packaging
• Did not broke me out
• Nice smell
• Skin looked refreshed but the effect was temporary
• Suitable for all skin types
Cons of VLCC Snigdha Skin Whitening Face Wash Aloe Vera and Saffron:
• Did not do any sort of whitening claim nor did it lighten the scars
Will I recommend or repurchase VLCC Snigdha Skin Whitening Face Wash Aloe Vera and Saffron?
I will not buy it again as I have to finish my existing stock of face wash first. This is an average face wash. If you buy it do not buy it for the sake of whitening claims.
