When I cleared up all my makeup stuffs recently I found the Avon Glimmersticks Eye Liner along with the Lip Liner. My aunt was an Avon representative when I was doing my Masters in Australia and she used to give me all such things free and even I used to buy some of their products frequently. Those days all I used were Kajal, Compact and Lip Gloss and didn’t know much about any other make up stuff. Since the eyeliner has already been reviewed here I am reviewing the lip liner for all you ladies here.
Since I am a lip gloss person and only very recently I have started trying new lipsticks. I always use lip liners as a base so that it gives added colour to my lips and at the same time the gloss gives a glossy finish to my lips. I love colour plus gloss on my lips than just the colour. So this is one of the few lip liners I have got. They have 8 shades in these lip liners. They are
• Mystery Mauve
• Perfect Plum
• Rich Cocoa
• Rich Ginger
• Red Brick
• Dark Berry
• Nude
• Pink Bouquet
The shade I have got is Pink Bouquet and I am sooooo loving this colour. It glides on smoothly on my lips as the lip pencil is really creamy. Also it lasts really long [unlike their eye liner]. It comes in easy to use twist up / retractable pencils. The shade is kind of a mauvy pink so I really wonder how the Mystery Mauve would be. I would be getting the Mystery Mauve next as it looks like an interesting pink colour.
These pencils are priced at Rs.229 for 0.25g.
Pros of Avon Glimmersticks Lip Liner
• They glide on really smoothly on my lips.
• These lip liners are very creamy.
• Worth the price. If you are lucky enough you will get these pencils in discount as well
• Lasts long.
• Works as a good base.
• Does not make my lips dry though they are matte.
• Comes in easy to use twist up pencils.
Cons of Avon Glimmersticks Lip Liner
• You need to find an Avon representative to get these products.

Mrun, Avon has such great prods. I was a regular buyer when I was in Australia. Now thanks to IMBB I got an oriflame consultant [also a great friend] and most prob find a Avon rep too 🙂
