I do not like my hair to be coloured permanently for a long period of time. That’s why I have not used any hair colour on my hair until now, but applying colour for just one day and washing it off the next day sounds real fun. So, I picked up this temporary hair colour from Bblunt. Check out how it works.
Colour on your own terms. A cool new way to colour hair without having to commit permanently. Spray on to add a dramatic splash of colour to your day! Simply shampoo to wash off colour. Specially created for Indian hair.
Price and Quantity:
300 INR for 37g/54 ml.
How To Use:
Shake can well before use. Apply to dry styled hair. Isolate the section you want to colour. Hold can six inches away from the hair and spray evenly on the desired area. Leave to dry. Brush out excess if required. Wear protective gear to prevent colour from staining hands and clothes.
My Experience with BBlunt One Night Stand Temporary Hair Colour – Copper:
The hair color comes in a black tin spray bottle with a black cap. The packaging is ordinary but it is sturdy and travel friendly. The can is lightweight and easy to use. Copper is a shade with red undertones and it is loaded with copper shimmer. The hair colour has a typical acetone-like smell. I totally hate the smell, but it does not bother much and fades away soon.
Now, coming to the consistency of the hair colour. It’s in the form of watery liquid. It gave a cooling sensation on my hand when I took the hand swatch. Applying the product is really tricky, especially for people like me who have short hair. Coloring small strands was difficult for me. The colour is not that deep.
In one spray, the color does not show up, so I need to do 3-4 sprays to get that perfect color. I have used this hair colour just twice.
It takes around 10 minutes to dry up on the hair completely. After brushing the hair, the color becomes dull. I have a habit of touching my hair again and again and the hair color stained so badly that I ended up staining my hands. There was color and shimmer all over my hands.
The hair color stays on for hardly 1-2 hours. It makes my hair rough and dry like a broom. I just hate it. My hair has never been so rough before. I have sensitive scalp. The product caused some tingling sensation when it touched my scalp. The rough texture and color washes away easily, but I do not think I will repurchase it again.
