It has been such a long time indeed and I have missed my IMBB family terribly, but lately, I have made a point to be more active and be assured that I have loads more of my past purchases to share with you. Earlier in the day, I had reviewed Tarte Clean Slate Smoothing Primer. I bring to you the review of Burt’s Bees Facial Cleansing Towelettes Cucumber and Sage.

My Experience with Burt’s Bees Cucumber and Sage Facial Cleansing Towelettes:

Packaging: I love how these wipes comes with a flip cap instead of a resealable sticker which tends to loosen up with use. I have not found these to dry out quickly even after they are opened.

Texture: These wipes are really soft to touch. They do not tug or scratch the face. They are also adequately moist to help breakdown makeup.

Performance: These makeup remover wipes are very effective at what they do. They clean off my entire face of makeup including eyes with one wipe. I tend to use these as a first step in cleaning followed by oil cleanse and then a face wash cleanse. It may seem like too many steps, but since I do wear a lot of makeup, I need all the help I can get to remove every bit out. If you are someone who uses just a bit of makeup like tinted moisturizer on a daily basis, these wipes will do all the job for you.

While it does remove all my gel eyeliner quickly, it does take a little more work for these wipes to remove waterproof mascara, so I usually don’t rely on these for that purpose.

Fragrance: It does have a moderately strong aromatic herbal scent which I don’t find offensive. I love the list of 99.1% natural ingredients.

Overall, I do vert much enjoy using these wipes and will repurchase it in the future. I will probably try out the different variants in scents they offer.
