I always wanted to review this blush but somehow I listed it second last in my “to be reviewed” list. So let’s read on to know how this one fared.

My Experience with Catrice 010 Love, Rosie! Multi Matt Blush:
I love Catrice makeup products as many of them fared amazingly well for me. This brand offers products which are very affordable and of good quality. I quite like the conceal stick and eye kohl pencils from this brand and keep using them often.
Since many products from this brand fared well for me, I went on to order this blush. I always like the idea of having layered, multi-coloured blushes in my vanity as the shades in the blush can either be used individually or together. Also, the uses of multi-coloured blushes excite me the most. Such products can be used as a highlighter, a blusher, an eyeshadow or eyeshadow base, depending upon the colour in the palette.
The packaging of this multi-layered blush is great. The transparent lid of this blush looks cool and the case is super light and travel friendly. Behind the case, you have all the details of the product, including its weight, ingredients, and other information regarding the brand.
The lid locks and unlocks properly and the quality of the plastic case is good, too. It’s a sleek, travel-friendly case and you may not have any issues with the packaging as so far it’s functioned really well for me.
This range of multi matte blush has four shades of blushes and I went on to pick up 010 Love, Rosie! for myself; I liked this shade more than the other shades from this range. Also, it was fast-selling and I didn’t want it to go out of stock.
Well ‘Love, Rosie!’ is a matte blush from Catrice that provides a pretty-looking subtle pink tone when applied on the cheeks by mixing all the colours. The texture of the shades is nice and creamy and has a super matte finish without any hint of shine or shimmer in it.
When I tried to swipe the shades on my fingers I could see how the shade got settled on my finger lines proving to be super matte. The palette contains a dark shade of brown, two coral shades and a whitish pink shade that looks good when mixed with other shades. These shades wouldn’t look good if applied individually as a blush, though.
I like applying this blush in two ways and these are the only two ways that give me a satisfactory result and look. The first way – I like applying this blush by mixing all the shades together, which gives it a pretty pink look. The second way – mix just the coral shades to get a fresh coral blush look.
However, I feel that this product looks chalky and requires multiple swipes to actually be visible. With two to three swipes it gives a natural, everyday pink look on the cheeks, and with multiple swipes it looks darker. The good point is that these shades are buildable. But, for some people who prefer a nice flush of colour in one go, this may fail to impress.
Also, I found that the blush stays for a very short time period and then it fades away quickly within a couple of hours. So, that was a bit disappointing! I have used this blush only a couple of times and it’s remained unused in my vanity ever since I noticed its staying power.

• May settle into the fine lines and wrinkles.
• Poor staying power.
• Fades quickly.
• Needs to be swiped multiple times.
• One layer doesn’t show up at all.
• Two shades from this palette can’t be used as a blush individually.
• May not be suitable for people with dry skin.
• Chalky.
• Not suitable for darker skin tones.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend Catrice 010 Love, Rosie! Multi Matt Blush?
No, I may not repurchase this or any other shade from this range as the staying power is just too low. I won’t recommend it either.
