1. Starvation is not dieting:
People tend to believe that staying hungry will give you immediate weight loss benefits. But no, when you are hungry then your craving is maximum and you end up eating much more than you actually need.
2. Liquid diet:
As per the popular belief liquid diet is not all healthy. There are many people who remain healthy for long and consume sodas and alcohol. But do you know this drinks are loaded with calories and fats. So, switch to protein filled solid foods than these calorie loaded liquid drinks.
3. Choosing unhealthy add ons:
You might have eaten a very effective and healthy diet. But out of cravings, you can choose and unknowingly eat unhealthy side ons, then you are actually doing harm to your body.
4. Few meals and oversized portions:
The trick is more meals and less portions. For this try to go for smaller bowl and plates. Order less when you are outside. Your food habits will remain in check.
5. Don’t rely on what you lose initially:
All of you might have observed that losing weight initially is very easy. Because what you lose initially is water and post some weeks or may be after a month the actual burning of fat begins. So, never stick to the diet you used initially.
6. High on protein:
You might have got tired of hearing that protein is good and all. But do you know that overdose of protein can actually harm your body? Many protein shakes and bars are fatty and high in sugar content. Women need 46 mg a day, so just stick to that.
7. Exercising empty stomach:
This is the most common and extremely wrong for your health. Eat or drink something in the morning before you begin with the exercise.
8. Skipping meals:
You cannot be thin on an empty stomach. So, skipping meals is not the key. Eat but properly. Your breakfast should be luxurious and really healthy. And keep your dinner as much light as possible but never skip it.
9. Understand your body’s needs:
Women have various health issues. So, it’s better to understand your body’s need. Exercise with your body’s permission; don’t force your body to exercise.
10. Going clean is not the solution:
If you believe that by eating vegetarian food you can reduce tons of weight, then that’s a big mistake. Even non veg items are high on protein and can give you awesome results in terms of weight loss.
