Faces Canada Stackable Sparkle Dusts in Stack #Rainbow

Faces Canada Stackable Sparkle Dusts are loose shimmer eyeshadow pigments in tiny jars stacked above each other. These come in different sets of 5 and 8 jars. I love working with loose pigments since they’re usually super pigmented and you need just a little bit to work with unlike baked/pressed eyeshadows.

I’m going to review the Rainbow Stackable Sparkle Dusts. This is a set of 8 different eye shadows, all shimmery, loose pigments with very good pigmentation. These eyeshadows need a proper primer on the eyelids to let them set. Otherwise, you’re going to have a hard time working with these pigments.

The eyeshadows in the jar from left to right are:

Faces Canada Eyeshadow Stack

1. White with fine purple-yellow glitter (duochrome).
2. Mermaid green with a slight touch of blue.
3. Bright indigo blue.
4. White with fine blue-green glitter (duochrome).
5. Cream-peach.
6. Reddish pink.
7. Grey with a slight touch of purple.
8. Dark wine.

Below are the swatches on my hand with flash and without flash.

The two white pigments in this stack are both duochrome eyeshadows, which means they appear a different color when applied over a black base. This is usually because of how the light reflects on their pigments when applied on black base.

The white with fine purple glitter appears as a beautiful purple and the other white with blue-green glitter appears as a very sparkly light green when applied on black base.

    1. I know right?? Especially that super glittery white one!
Yes love, you’ll need a sticky base such as an eyeshadow primer for this to work with. You can’t use the pigments wet btw, they clump.
      xx

    1. Thanks, Visakhi!
You should try it out, Visakhi! They’re super fun to work with and way more pigmented than pressed eyeshadows! 🙂

You should totally buy this stack!

I use the BH cosmetics Eye and Lip primer, I’ve also used the Urban Decay primer… Theyre not expensive. Something around $11 i guess. (?) I don’t know of any other cheaper primers… 🙁
