A moisturizer that adds radiance, blurs imperfections and reflects light. Huh! That’s too many claims for a moisturizer. I have used many masks from Glamglow and none of them disappointed me, so I was pretty sure that I was spending my money on a good product. Read on to know how it worked on my dry and sensitive skin.

Product Description: Your daily moisturizer and illuminated glow in one supercharged formula. Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer with vitamins, botanicals, hyaluronic acid, and TEAOXI™ golden root technology instantly floods dull skin with hydration/moisture for healthy-looking radiance.
The ultimate quick fix with super-powered botanicals in a soft cream texture, Glowstarter delivers a rush of hyaluronic acid, plus vitamins and green tea for energized and moisturized skin. Added illuminating pearl particles help make you look instantly more radiant (as if that were possible), blurring and reflecting light, so that all lighting is good lighting.
Skin-moisture balance is restored by a combination of emollients including jojoba oil, shea butter and ceramides. A special skin-conditioning lipid complex is designed to help infuse skin with optimal hydration for a luminous finish.
Glowstarter (now in Pearl Glow, Nude Glow, and Sun Glow shades) can double as a highlighter, contouring trio, or be used all over for a sun-kissed look.
Apply evenly to freshly cleansed face and neck. Use whenever you want to look picture-perfect.
Solutions for: Dryness, dullness and uneven texture.
My Experience with Glamglow Glowstarter Mega Illuminating Moisturizer Nude Glow:
Glamglow Glowstarter mega illuminating moisturizer comes housed in a transparent jar with a silver coating inside, which makes the jar look pretty and luxe. The silver lid comes with a huge star on top. The brand and product names are on the jar itself.
Glamglow Glowstarter mega illuminating moisturizer is available in three shades. I picked up nude glow which I personally thought would be best for me and will be more useful than the pearl and sun glow. The jar contains a nude color cream with some reflective shimmer particles.
It can be used alone to give a glow to the skin, or can be mixed with a foundation to give radiance to its finish, or can be worn under foundation as a base. I have used this in all the three ways, and I prefer using it with foundation or underneath it as I feel that the shimmer particles are visible if you look up close, so using it alone would make shimmer particles look prominent.
The moisturizer has a slight moussey and creamy consistency which seamlessly sets into the skin. It adds a beautiful glow to the skin and does reflect light, but I feel it doesn’t blur out the imperfections and is not as moisturizing as I prefer my moisturizer to be. In my opinion, wearing it underneath or along with makeup works best. If you prefer a dewy finish, mix it with the foundation, and if you prefer to get a beautiful glow, use it underneath the makeup. It doesn’t extend the wear time and I wasn’t expecting it as it hasn’t made any claim regarding that, but as a moisturizer alone this would give perfect hydration throughout the day for people with normal to combination skin. For my dry skin, I don’t feel it offers enough hydration. It didn’t cause any redness or acne on my sensitive skin.
