I have naturally dry, frizzy hair and that makes my curls even more unmanageable. So I always look for products which can give the much-needed moisturization to my hair and during one such search I came across Hask products. They are very much loved by people in the U.S. and I have used the other variants of deep conditioner from them before. I liked the results it gave to my hair and then I bought the Keratin Protein deep conditioner to see how it works for my hair.
Price: $1.49 for 1.75oz or pack of 12 for $25

My Experience with Hask Keratin Protein Smoothing Deep Conditioner
This deep conditioner has same thick creamy consistency as any deep conditioners and is white in color. As Keratin protein is so much ravedabout in hair care, I actually bought it with a lot of expectations. I use it on my shampooed and towel dried hair. I applied it generously from roots to tips and left it for 10 minutes as suggested on pack. However, you can use for more than ten minutes for better results. It does not need any massaging. It is easy to wash too and unlike some silicon-based conditioners, it does not give that slippery feel.
My hair felt soft, smooth and shiny but the effect lasted for 3-4 days only unlike the Argan oil variant of the same deep conditioner from Hask for which the effects lasted for 2 weeks (like real parlour spa). So if I have to compare these two variants which I have used till now, I loved the effects of Argan Oil pack more than the Keratin Protein one. But then I have very dry and frizzy hair, so for normal hair I feel this one will deliver good results as well. Talking of the breakage reduction as claimed by this deep conditioner, I did not see any reduction in hair breakage after 4 usages but may be more trials with it will work on this breakage claim.
This Deep conditioner comes in plastic pouch which is easy to carry around and use if you have long hair and can use the full product in one go. But for short hair one pack can be used for 3-4 times but storing the leftover product in pouch is very difficult. In totality, I recommend this deep conditioner to all the girls who have chemically treated or dry, damaged hair. It will give good hair spa-kind of effect for normal hair. But for very dry and frizzy hair like mine, I would recommend the Argon oil variant more than this.
