Avon Advance Techniques Moisture Sleek Smoothing Conditioner

Avon Advance Techniques Moisture Sleek Smoothing Conditioner Review

HELLOOOOOOO FRIENDS!!!!!!

I am going to review the Avon moisture sleek conditioner. I had bought this along with the shampoo, thinking that after using both together the results will be better.

First Look:

This bottle looks very similar to the shampoo bottle (white curved bottle + blue cap), except that it has a white cap instead of the blue one. The bottle is very sturdy with a flip cap. The bottle has a medium hole so that excess conditioner doesn’t come out.

Price Factor: The actual price is Rs. 149 for 200 ml. I got this for Rs. 109 under offer.

Color and Fragrance: The conditioner is white with a fruity fragrance & thick consistency.

Avon Claims:

Just like the shampoo, the conditioner also has the special technology.
Featuring Hydra-Seal Technology, this hydrating conditioner locks in moisture to smooth hair &helps prevent frizz versus untreated hair.

My Experience:

Just like the shampoo, I thought this is a very promising product but it was a letdown…though not as big as the shampoo. This conditioner is still better than the shampoo. It does make my hair soft but doesn’t give a shine which is what I hate the most about it. The fragrance also doesn’t last long. I love great smelling hair. The very next day my hair actually looked oily & started stinking. :yuck:

Pros of Avon Advance Techniques Moisture Sleek Smoothing Conditioner:

The only good thing I can think of is the softness it gives to my hair minus the shine. And yes the packaging is good, the bottle is quite sturdy. Maybe this works for extra extra dry haired people. ?:)

Cons of Avon Advance Techniques Moisture Sleek Smoothing Conditioner:

I think I can write an entire book about the cons of the shampoo & conditioner together. :pan:

My Rating:
2/5 (Why?? Need I explain more???)
:pan:

Will I Buy It Again???
Not even if this was given free on some other product. :nonono: :nono: :nababana:

  1. thanks praseena….yeah….if you are looking for anti-frizz shampoo, you could try out the pantene smooth & silky…its very good & actually very effective…

        1. But then whats the point if the product doesn’t hold true to its claims 🙁 …. I use the patanjali kesh kanti shampoo now-a-days….the name sounds tacky, even the packaging is not very impressive….but it is one of the best shampoo I have used till date    …n i m saying this after trying loreal,TIGI,pantene, dove, shahnaz husain…..actually have lost track of them…. 😀

          1. hihihioh i know. i used the loreal anti dandruff shampoo today. is sooo nice. no itchy scalp and super less dandruff in one day only. :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

            1. isn’t loreal very strong…it contains SLS…which is really bad for the hair :yikes: ….in the long run :jog: ….next im planning on the fabindia range…i checkd nline…they have sme which seem good….. 🙂

  2. u too buy a lot from Avon na Dimpi??? Btw thanks for the review, u saved some pennies here, i was thinking of buying it n ya even i have started using patanjali kesh kanti off late and i am in love with the shampoo.

    1. yeah…off late i had bought a lot of things from avon…thought them to be a little bit safe from the other brands because of the chemical content…but most of them are such a big let down… 🙁 what a waste of money…except for the kajal, lip balms n a few other things avon products are not that gr8….. :yuck: n yeah shivani..once more….u got really beautiful hands…. :X-P:

      1. i also keep trying a lot from them caz of thr reasonable prices, I like the glimmersticks the most….. and tnanks dimpi :puchhi: u still remember my hands….hahaha
