Since I have oily skin, I generally avoid highlighters however, you have the advantage of youth on your side…you could check the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish range or a Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick (which can be used as highlighter / blush / eye shadow, etc).
If you want budget ones, you can try the Lakme highlighters….
Colorbar Radiant Glow Illuminator is a good one..have a combi-oily skin type like yours & i find it suitable..just use a very tiny amount of product.. *powder*
