Jordana INCOLOR Squeeze- N-Shine Super Shiny Tasty Lip-gloss (In 09 Honey Luau)

So Durga Puja is over a day back, and like just another Bengali, it’s just a sad sad state of affairs form me. Wasn’t feeling really good about it so I decided to take a quick stroll around the mall with my guy to pick up anything I like, and we all know there ain’t any better medicine than going on a shopping trip no matter how small it may be.

I decided to check out some lip glosses, at my fave cosmetics counter, and the SA showed me the new range of lip glosses from Jordana. I almost jumped over them for the colors and to try them out. Loved all of them. Although they had only 6 shades against the out of the total 13 that the company website claims.

Anyways, I wanted to buy something chocolatey or coffeish or beige as I have plenty in pink and red and their other shades. So I picked up the 09 HONEY LUAU which is very-light chocolate in color. The smell is irresistible, smells of all those caramel candies and tastes just as sweet .It has all those little glitter particles which gives a shimmery finish, perfect for any evening outing or a late night party.but the features i am disappointed in are that, it’s not well tinted, that is it has a weak pigmentation and its also A bit sticky. Being sticky isn’t that of a problem to me but if I’m wearing my hair down then they constantly get stuck to my lips which is really irritating 🙁

Tips and tricks: (from the website) Apply to the center of your upper lip and work your way to the outer edges. Same technique applies for your bottom lip. Use alone for a dazzling gleam or over your favorite lipstick for added shine.

My experience: This product is just an average one for me. It’s OK to buy it just for the sake of trying it out once & I prefer Maybelline Fruity Jelly Range of lip glosses to this one.I’ll probably not buy it again (and even if I do it’ll be in some other color) as I prefer pigmented lipglosses/balms, but with this one, I have to apply lipstick before, as I don’t like wearing untinted glosses on n*de lips.

Do I recommend this/would I purchase it again: I’ll suggest you people to try out some other color in red or pink. If I purchase again, it wouldn’t be anything around, or itself, this shade.
