Green Eye makeup using Lakme Eye Quartet Botanica
Following is the look I have created using Lakme Fantasy Collection Eye Quartet, Botanica. I have used only two colours from the quartet- green and reddish taupe. The quality of palette has gone really up this time. the colours are pigmented , smooth and easy to blend. All the 4 shades of shimmery to satin finish. The reddish taupe shade has a major fall out bout rest three eye shadows are fantastic. there is little room for complaint. Just that these shadows crease a little by the end of the day so wear a good primer underneath. I just wish lakme should start including different textures of eyeshadows in their quartets now.

Start by prepping your eye lids. i have used MAC Painterly Paint Pot.
Now apply Lakme Shadow Artist Shimmer Stick in Glimmer Green all over the lid
Like so
Pick reddish taupe from lakme eye quertet botanica on a tapered fluffy brush.
And apply it on the outer V of the eye lid. Follow the shape of your eye and bring it half way in
Pick lime green from lakme eye quartet botanica on a flat brush.
And place it on the inner eye lid. Blend it with the reddish taupe as you apply it.
Pick up the reddish taupe eyeshadow on a pencil brush.
Apply it on the lower lash line. Stop at two third.
Now apply lime green eye shadow on inner corner of the lower lash line
Pick up compact powder on a fluffy brush.
And apply it all over your brow bone. area. Also blend it any hard edges using the compact.
Line your lower lash liner with a black or dark brown eye liner
Curl lashes and apply mascara.
And you are done- green eye makeup using lakme eye quartet botanica.Please excuse my lashes. I forgot that i already had mascara on my lashes from the morning. I curled again and reapplied the mascara. Tada!! spikey lashes. 😛

lakme enrich satin lipstick 134 : It is a creamy mauve lipstick. Very pretty shade and the kinds that would brighten up your dull face. 🙂

Cali I did the look with purple and cremy beige in the morning… the creamy beige didn’t look too good on me it was looking a little stark. :(( bt I have thought of how to make it work.. Lakme has come up with real good products this time.. :))

You’re looking really pretty ! I think this is the first time I’ve seen you in green eyeshadow and you’re carrying the shade really well. Like your selection of grey top with the bright makeup. The lip color suits you really well. Hows the staying power of this lipstick?
theek thaak type ankita. for 225 they are pretty good. I am usually so stuck with my blues and browns that i barely experiment. I loved the shades in the palette. they were very wearable even for every day.
