My Take on Lakme PM11 Enrich Matte Lipstick:

This lipstick comes in the same old boring Lakmé packaging that looks flimsy. It has a matte silver colored plastic casing with a clear cap. The cap shuts tightly making it travel friendly. This lipstick tube comes in a silver colored cardboard packaging that has product description, shade number and other details about the product, but the ingredients list is missing. Also, this lipstick no but do not have any shade names. Hence, it becomes a little difficult to remember the shades with their numbers. The body is not color-coded but the clear cap helps to see the shade from outside. Overall, the packaging is travel friendly.

Lakme PM11 Enrich Matte Lipstick

The shade #PM11 is a fuchsia pink lip color with neutral undertones. It brightens up my face instantly. This is a perfect everyday shade that can be worn to college or to work. This lipstick has absolutely no sheen or shimmer. This shade flatters my skin tone nicely. It will flatter fair to medium skin tones pretty well. The pigmentation of this shade is average. The formula is not insanely pigmented. Hence, it requires multiple swipes to build up the color properly.

This lipstick conceals pigmentation of my lips well, but would not provide opaque coverage to heavily pigmented lips. The lipstick smells strong and a little unpleasant. The lipstick looks velvety initially but sets to a nice matte finish after a few minutes of application.

The texture is very smooth and creamy, and glides effortlessly on the lips without any tugging. The formula is lightweight and feels comfortable on the lips. It does not feel thick or waxy. The lipstick clings to the dry patches of the lips and highlights them badly, so prepping the lips prior to application is needed. The formula of the lipstick is slightly moisturizing initially. It does not dry out my lips for the initial 3 hours or so. After that, my lips start feeling dry. The lipstick does not provide any hydration to the lips. The lipstick is slightly creamy and hence it transfers easily.

The lipstick has a decent staying power. It lasted on my lips for some 4-5 hours easily with a little fading from the inner corner of the lips. While after having a full meal, the color gets ripped off leaving a light pink stain behind that looks nice on the lips. The lipstick settles into the fine lines of the lips & looks a little patchy. The lipstick bleeds from the outer corners of the lips after a full meal.
