Today, I will be reviewing Lancome L’absolu Rouge in the shade, Isabella. As you guys know, I always prefer matte lipsticks but lately, I’ve been loving the glossy formula a lot. Read on to know more about the product.

This particular packaging is a Limited Edition packaging. The lipstick case is covered in little diamond stones and it looks absolutely gorgeous. The case itself is a magnetic case with a beautiful silver Lancome Rose logo engraved on top of the cap. The shade number is mentioned at the bottom of the tube.

Now, this is a perfect summer spring shade. The shade Isabella is a gorgeous pinky coral red shade. Isn’t it stunning? The Lancome L’absolu Rouge offers sheer to medium coverage with a jelly-like finish. The lipstick glides on easily and it actually feels like I am applying a lip balm on my lips. In fact, it is actually very lightweight, hydrating and comfortable on the lips.

I don’t notice any feathering or bleeding from L’absolu Rouge which is a plus for women with fine lines on their lips. L’absolu Rouge has a slight rose scent to it which fades away after application. Since it provides a sheer to medium coverage, it doesn’t survive in between the meals. Isabella leaves a stain behind, after offering a wear time of 4 hours.
