My Experience :
I have been using this cleansing gel for a few months now and I quite like it. It is a light weight clear face wash that is great for day to day usage. It also removes a whole lot of makeup. I however prefer to use it after I have removed maximum makeup using cleansing milk. The cleansing gel foams up nicely. It has never irritated my skin. Infact, my skin feels quite refreshed after using it.
A little goes a long way. I think I’d takle 4-5 months to finish up the bottle.
It does not dry out my normal-dry skin but I do feel the need to apply moisturizer after using it. By no means my skin feel stretchy or uncomfortable after washing my face with this cleansing gel.
It has a light herbaly fragrance, which I quite like.
It does not leave any residue behind, and washes off completely.
The cleansing gel comes with a very soft face brush. It’s so gentle on skin. Sometimes, I just use this face brush and a cleanser to remove my makeup and the combination is great. The brush comes with a cap , which I totally love about it. The SA mentioned that the brush would help get rid of blackheads. Well, I don’t think so. The brush is very very soft and it helps in dissolving the makeup or doing gentle cleansing of skin on day to day basis. I still love this brush a lot.
The packaging is nice. It comes in a plastic bottle and has a pump dispenser. Very convenient.
Overall, I like this cleanser a tad bit more than the L’occitane Brightening Cleansing Foam. Only because I feel this is more suited for my normal – dry skin. But I like both the face washes and I’d pick either on any given day. 🙂

I have a similar brush but its way too harsh for my skin..the cleanser looks very attractive na..love the color of the bottle..very refreshing!
oh your brush must not be soft. this is as soft as cotton ball. 😛 The cleanser is quite nice. 🙂

hihihih… no this is not strictly for dry skin. but i wouldn’t suggest it to those with oily skin. I feel the foaming cleanser would do a better job. 🙂

you’ve gotten me all enthu abt cleansing milk now *headbang*. I have always felt cleansing milk might work better on my face than regular face wash. But this bottle looks so refreshing and one will feel like using it.
(btw guys i am so much of a believer that if something suited u 1 year ago its not necessary that it will suit you now). i was so kicked abt Lotus Nutranite night cream many months ago becos it was working so well. I stopped using it God knows why and I used it again after a while recently and within 2 days i got pimples. I am back to the hunt for a nice night cream and serum. I so badly want to use a nice night cream and also a serum at night (if required after using a nice cream). Maybe i will try Vichy after all if I dont find anything cheaper.
