After being a huge fan of L’occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream, I was pretty keen at trying the Shea Butter foot cream. This contains 15% shea butter.

I have never been a foot cream user until last year. My feet were the most ignored part of my body . I used to use the Blue Nivea cream every now and then. Later I purchased a foot cream (don’t even remember , which one) and realized that when I have a special product meant only for feet I tend to take care of my feet more often. So foot creams and hand creams have become quite an essential part of my body care and I quite enjoy using them now.

When I purchased this foot cream , my previous foot cream had got over some time back and my feet were pretty dry and crying for nourishment.  :shame: This is a semi thick and rich white cream that takes like 10-15 seconds to get absorbed but is not greasy or oily. It comes in a old-times-toothpaste 😛 like aluminum packaging. I bought the 75 ml tube. You don’t need a lot of product for one time because the cream is quite rich and provides nourishment with less quantity only.

I started with dry looking feet and it has done wonders to the texture of the skin on my feet. I love it. I use it both day and night and it has made my feet look super soft and nourished. Even on days when I get lazy and don’t bother applying a foot cream, my feet don’t look wrinkly or parched. 😛

I don’t have cracked heels so I am not sure if this would heal cracked heels or not. But personally I feel for cracked heels, you should use a specialized product. This shea butter cream is more like a nourishment product for feet. It had a lavendery fragrance, which I am not a huge fan of but I have got used to it. Navpreet ,in my office, quite loved the fragrance.

I was not super impressed with it the first week I used it but over a period of time it has made such an awesome difference to my feet. They look so much supple and smoother. 😀 I don’t ahve to bother either about having dry looking feet or about reapplying a foot cream over and over again.  I would keep repurchasing it. Good stuff. Totally works. 🙂

    1. visakhi this has worked so wonderfully for my feet. the only thing i feel is that you have to use it regularly. Initially i thought it wasn’t working much because it is not the thick gooey kinds cream. now when i see my feet after almost a month of regular use, my feet look so much better and nourished. infact my feet dont get super dry if i forget to apply cream in the morning. so i quite like it. 🙂

  8. gr8 review rati :yahoo:  .. mere bhi super dry feet hai but meri amway foot cream is super awesome for tht… n cheap too 😀 😛 😛 😛 😛 😛
