Who does not need a jet black eyeliner in their makeup stash? Today, I am going to review a product that quickly became a HG liner for me. This is the L’Oreal Telescopic Precision Liquid Liner in Carbon Black. Let’s get started with the review!

My Experience with L’Oreal Carbon Black Telescopic Precision Liquid Eyeliner:

Packaging:  L’Oreal Telescopic Precision liquid eyeliner comes in a tiny triangular black bottle with a long handle. The handle is of good size which aids in application of the liner. The brush is like a felt tip liner and is of very good quality. The shape and flexibility of the brush makes the application of the liner so simple and user-friendly. It glides on smoothly on the lids and does not hurt or scratch the delicate eye area. The brush tip can be effectively used for applying a thin line close to the lash line or for creating a winged liner or a cat flick. The handle of the liner is a screw cap that fits perfectly thus making the liner spill-proof and travel friendly.

Color and Pigmentation:  The color of the eyeliner is hands-down straight up “jet black.” It is insanely pigmented and a single swipe is enough for imparting that jet black color. The eyeliner has a complete matte finish, which I love and prefer.

Texture: This L’Oreal liner has quite a liquid-y texture, but it’s not runny enough to create a mess! After application, the liner dries up in quickly and sets to a matte finish. The liner is totally smudge proof and also does not transfer to the top of the lids like some other eyeliners. Even if you have a habit of rubbing your eyes a lot, this baby is not going anywhere!

Longevity: Another fantastic feature of this eyeliner is that it is super long lasting. I wore this from 6 am until 11 pm and this was as good as new on my super oily (but primed) eyelids. Since the eyeliner is not waterproof, it can be easily removed with a makeup remover.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend L’Oreal Carbon Black Telescopic Precision Liquid Eyeliner?
This is my HG liquid eyeliner from the drugstore. Period! I highly recommend this liner to everyone especially beginners, as this is super easy to apply and mess free. A jet black liner is a must-have in any makeup vanity and if it comes from the drugstore, then nothing like it. Another gem from the drugstore!
