The face wash that I reviewed earlier from this duo was not impressive. I was hoping at least this cream would work. Let’s see how this fared.

My Take on L’Oreal Skin Perfect Anti-Fine Lines + Whitening 30+ Cream:
I’ll talk about the cream first. This is a lightly tinted cream, which is really sheer when applied. I have combi-dry, which turns really dry in Winters. This cream clings to the dry patches. The first time I applied alone, my face started itching, particularly the dry patches. So, the second day I applied it over the serum; by the evening I had two red itchy bumps on my left cheek. I am NOT happy with L’oreal’s 10-year research on this particular range. The dermatologically tested and noncomedogenic claims surely don’t work on my sensitive skin.
Honestly speaking, I wanted this cream to work. I thought I had found my perfect day cream as I love the texture; it is really smooth and sheer, with a hint of tint. It instantly brightens up the face, though it may give you that white cast if too much applied. This cream might work for oily-skinned people, or even for dry-skinned people in summers. I am a little scared to try it again, as the itchy bumps are still very much present. May be in summers I’ll try it again.
The packaging is again beautiful. But, who cares about it if the product inside it doesn’t work for you. About this particular range, I believe this whole 30+ hoopla is so lame. The results may be different for others as I used this cream for just 2 days. But, I feel if a particular product doesn’t do anything good for your skin, then it shouldn’t aggravate your skin conditions either. An ineffective product is still bearable. I know I am sounding too criticizing here, but I don’t do that easily. I am just disappointed!
Cons of L’Oreal Skin Perfect Anti-Fine Lines + Whitening 30+ Cream:

- Different size options; I am really happy that I bought the smaller size.
- SPF 21
Pros of L’Oreal Skin Perfect Anti-Fine Lines + Whitening 30+ Cream:
- Clings to the dry patches.
- Not suitable for sensitive dry skin.
