Go for hot oil massages in order to keep your hair moisturized, hydrated and nourished all the time. Oil penetrates deeply into the scalp thus strengthening your follicles and keeping them healthy. Use some conditioner

You should include a conditioner in your daily hair care routine. Conditioners are specially formulated to condition your hair deeply, hence they leave it moisturized. Conditioners generally contain a lot of active ingredients which deeply condition your hair, leaving it soft and silky. Make sure you apply a conditioner on your hair strands and not on the roots. Use Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser Conditioner or John Frieda Frizz Ease Miraculous Recovery Conditioner for best results.

Cold water treatments

Experts advise that you should not wash your hair with hot water as it may not only strip off the natural oils from your scalp but also leave your hair dry, rough and frizzy. You should wash your hair with cold water as it helps to retain the moisture on the scalp. This trick also strengthens the shaft of your hair. Cold water seals the moisture in, thus leaving your hair smooth, soft and silky.

Use mayonnaise

Mayonnaise, popularly known as mayo, is one of the best hair smoothening treatments which can leave your hair smooth, silky and shiny. Mayo contains antioxidants, amino acids, and proteins in large quantity; all these can strengthen the hair and leave it smooth. Take some mayo and add one spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of honey to it. Mix all the ingredients together and apply this mask on your scalp and hair. Keep it on for some time and then wash off with a mild shampoo and follow up with a conditioner.

Apple cider vinegar rinse

Apple cider vinegar not only promotes silky hair but also locks the moisture and hydration levels in. Take a cup of apple cider vinegar and dilute it with three cups of water. Rinse your hair with this. Leave it on for around ten minutes and then wash off with cold water.

The fibre present in the fruit makes it extremely easy for application. Take a few ripe avocados and mash them with the help of a fork. Add a few spoons of honey, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix together and apply. Wash off with cold water after 30 minutes.

Gelatin mask

A gelatin mask can keep your hair soft, silky and hydrated. Gelatin mask contains a lot of hydrolyzed protein, which can treat dull and damaged hair. It is effective in treating extremely rough or dry hair, too. Take one spoon of gelatin and add it to some lukewarm water. If needed, add a few drops of an essential oil. Mix these together to create a hair mask. Apply it on your hair and keep it on for around 10 minutes. Rinse off with cold water.
