My Experience with Make Up For Ever Aqua Xl Eye Pencil Extra Long Lasting Waterproof Eye Pencil L-24:

The complete name is definitely a mouthful – Makeup Forever Aqua XL Eye Pencil Extra Long Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner. I will shortly call it Makeup Forever Aqua XL Eye Pencil in the review. The range comprises of 20 beautiful shades with versatile finishes (matte, lustrous, metallic, satiny and shimmery).

Starting with the packaging, Makeup Forever Aqua XL Eye Pencil comes in a sleek, black cardbox with all details about the product. The eye pencil is a sharpenable eyeliner, with outer color matched with the shade of the product itself. The plastic cap closes tight but don’t forget to keep a check while travelling. It is lightweight, handy and sharpens to a crisp tip with a nice quality sharpener. Though there is some wastage of product every time which cannot be avoided, but the product is worth the investment.

This eye pencil has a soft formula with easy application. The creamy eyeliner applies effortlessly without any tug or pull. The shade “L24” is defined as an iridescent blue eyeliner with green sparkles by the brand. In simple words, it is a teal blue eyeliner with lustre finish. It is definitely not an everyday eyeliner shade and you need some skills to pair the unique shade with appropriate look. However, the shade can be definitely carried off by many without looking weird.

The pigmentation is super and one swipe yields full color payoff and goes on opaque. I wonder how comfortable the formula is to wear. It gives pencil eyeliner application a completely new definition. It does allow a couple of seconds if you want to convert the look to a smudgy one. Makeup Forever Aqua XL Eye Pencil is budge proof. It has no fragrance.

Makeup Forever Aqua XL Eye Pencil is a waterproof eyeliner. The claims of extra-long wearing are valid and stand true. It stays on all day. I have worn it for 10 hours and the eyeliner was completely intact just like I had applied it an hour ago.

I recommend the range, the formula is superb and they are definitely top notch quality eyeliners. I will not repurchase this particular shade but will definitely take a look within the range for another pick 🙂
