You might have read some awesome tips on how to get rid of puffy tired eyes here, now take a look at how some simple makeup within 5 minutes of your time in the morning could give you a fresh beauty look, some makeup that is already lying in your vanity will do the job, give it a go!
The biggest tip I can give you is to curl you lashes and then seal them with a mascara or clear coat of mascara…When your lashes are upturned, your eyes look more open. Press a lash curler once at your lashline, once in the middle of your lashes and once at the ends for the doll eye effect, and dont forget to apply mascara on your lower lashes too with a vertical brush stroke.
Apply little bit of foundation under the eyes before applying concealer.Use two shades lighter..always apply conceal prepping the skin with moisturizer before applying makeup.Use a concealer that is slightly light reflective.
Use a black pencil eyeliner. Top it with a liner in a vibrant metallic tone, blue or green work best.
To make your eyes look bigger and brighter, apply a nude or white eyeliner on the inner rim or waterline and also on the inner corner near the tear duct.try this one..
Arch your brows:
Arched brows are always , they give you an alert fresh look, use an angle brush or a pencil like this one in short strokes to do the job.
Bronze it up:
Use a bronzer mildly in the shape of three around the face, for a non-pale look, there is always a right shade for all of us.
Use a metallic shadow:
Stay away from pink and purple eyeshadows that can highlight red eyes. use a base like the maybelline color tatoo and add some more metal on top, keep it natural toned for the day..or experiment with a gree like this one..Keep the eyes open and bright by applying a shimmery metallic gold color to the lids.
Pop of color:
A bright lip or a fresh cheek look always works..use a lip liner as a base, and apply a fresh pink gloss or stain..use a cream blush as a base on the cheeks and then apply a fresh pink powder blush..to make it last longer.
This is my personal tip, keep i-tone eye drop in the fridge and use it whenever your eyes feel tired.
Tips for color selection:
If you’re cool-toned choose jewel tones like blue, pinks, purples, magentas, blue-based reds.If you’re warm-toned choose earth tones yellows, oranges, browns, corals, khaki greens and orange-based reds.
Elevate your head during sleep, drink tons of water, and minimize sugar and salt intake.
