My Experience with Naturals By Watsons Rice Bran Brightening Hand Cream:
The packaging of the hand cream is basic. It comes in a chocolate brown colored squeeze tube with two labels on it, one on the front side and the other on the backside.
The label at the backside bears all the product related information like its description, ingredients list, usage instructions, etc, while the front one has the product’s tagline on it. The tube closes with a plastic screw on cap, which has a wooden kind of look on it. The cap closes securely making this tube fit for travel purposes. Overall, the packaging is nice, sturdy and travel-friendly.
The hand cream has a nice and refreshing fragrance. It has a floral fragrance but it feels like slightly strong. After a few minutes, the fragrance goes away and can be sniffed very close to the skin only.
The texture of the hand cream is neither too thick nor too runny. The consistency is just right to work with. It spreads on the skin nicely and gets absorbed easily. It requires a little massaging to sink into the skin properly.
The formula is non-sticky. It does not leave any oily sheath behind. It never gives that slippery feel. I personally hate lotions and creams which leave a slippery residue behind and makes everything messy. The formula is lightweight and comfortable on the skin. It has good moisturizing properties. It is good for providing adequate moisturization to normal skin. But, it does not help in healing very dry skin. It moisturizes the skin and makes it soft and smooth. The skin does not look dry at all, but it does not really brighten up the skin as it claims.
It is just like another moisturizer, which provides good moisturization to the skin. The effects last for some 4 hours on my normal skin type and it requires a reapplication after that.
