What I feel about NYX slim Eye pencils: Anyone looking for a cheap, highly pigmented, easy to use standard eye pencil should check these out. I find these pencils quite smooth & easy to glide on the eyelids. They are super pigmented & applying once or twice gives you super results. Well, they are not much creamy if you compare them with Colorbar I-Glide but definitely not harsh on the eyes. They do not tug your eyes at all.
The packaging is great & they come with a sturdy cap on top. The color of the eye pencil is clearly marked on the lower end of the pencil that makes it easy to recognize the particular shade. They can be sharpened easily & does not break at all. I barely ever have to sharpen them because they last so long.
Now comes the staying power of these pencils which is superb. I apply them on my bare eyelids (without any primer) and they stay practically the whole day without fading away. They are even waterproof so splashing water doesn’t budge them. While applying them, one can use their finger to smudge them if you want to use it as an eye shadow or as e/s base. Once set, they don’t run down on the face (even in the hot summers).
These are waterline safe too and last a pretty long time on the waterline. Best part is that they come in a number of colours to choose from. One can experiment with a lot of new shades.

Cons of the NYX slim eye pencils:
Nothing actually. Now NYX is even available in many Indian cities so availability is not a problem. Only the prices are hiked when these foreign brands enter the Indian market.
Ratings: 4.5/5 for the shades I own (Copper & Emerald City).
Recommend: They are the eyeliners that I just instinctively will reach for. These are fantastic when you are starting out in makeup and want to experiment without spending a ton of cash.

loved the 2 shades..defy going for the copper. NYX opened recenty in Hyd..lets only hope they have stock ‘cos last time they were out of the concealer thingies – green, yellow etc..

you know the NYX lady had left for the day when I went at abt 7..i was a little disappointed no doubt. apparently there is only 1 person right now at the NYX counter and she leaves by 6 since she is there from morning 🙁 better luck next time I guess
