Outfit of the Day: Black and Red Ethnic Outfit

Outfit of the Day: Black and Red Ethnic Outfit

Hi Everybody,

This is my second ethnic outfit from my brother’s marriage. This suit I wore on the “Janeyu sanskar” pooja which was next morning after the mehndi ceremony. This is one of my most-loved georgette suits. It has this floral work done on the kurti with some stones here and there.  Sleeves are plain black ones. I have got it stitched in a ban neck collar style but with a back-cut. Its plain black georgette dupatta with wide red border is what attracted me to pick this suit immediately. I am crazy over red-black combo in ethnic wears. I wish to buy a black saree with red border too 😛 Don’t know how it would look on me.

Accessories include red velvet ball earrings, silver anklets, traditional bangle and ring.

I am wearing low wooden heel wedges (saving my feet for the evening functions in high heels 😛 )  I have not taken a clutch along since these ceremonies are taking place at my home itself.

On my face, I have Dabur Uveda cream, Kryolan black eyeliner pencil on eyes, and Colorbar Caffe Latte on lips.
