Hello All! 😀
After two back-to-back looks the previous week, I started feeling that I’d been long gone! So, even though The Photographer wasn’t available, I couldn’t wait a day more, and shot this look. Do excuse the not-so-good photographs. My brother’s out of town; I had to make do with an amateur photographer (who will definitely kill me after reading this!) and you will have to too (just this time once, pinky swear!)
Here’s the look of the day, which is a total opposite of the last one you saw.
Sometimes you just have to ditch the girly side, to make way for the lady in you! I had to dine out with my family the previous weekend, and I didn’t want anything too jazzy. I kept it simple with subtle colours, and classy with timeless jewellery. As you can see, the knitted beige colour (more like a nude colour) top has a satin ruffle detailing on its shoulder- which is a statement in itself. The look therefore, needed no more experimenting. I carried a matching (nude colour) clutch. I had put on my nude pumps initially, but I felt that somehow they were not “doing” anything there! Perhaps, it was the overdose of the nude colour. I had to give them a skip, and tried on the chocolate brown heels- which seemed to work just fine! I then, stole from my mother- the earrings. And tada!
