Pond’s Flawless White Deep Whitening Facial Foam Review

Pond’s flawless white deep whitening facial foam: good or bad?

In today’s world of pollution, stress, sun exposure and lack of time, skin care has become a major problem. We all wish to possess the naturally sparkling and clear skin our grandmothers had, but mostly we miserably fail. Pond’s has launched its new product “the flawless white deep whitening facial foam with new VAO-B3 complex” that claims to deal with a lot of these problems. I bought it a few days back and have been using it since then. And trust me I do feel a change, even if minutely and not radically.

Price: Rs.175
Quantity: 100gms

Ingredients: Myristic Acid, water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Potassium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid/ Palmitic Acid, Glycol Distearate, Lauric acid, Decyl Glucoside, Glyceryl Stearate, Polyethylene, DMDM Hydantoin/lopopropynyl Butycarbamate, Niacinamide, Tocopheryl Acetate, Parfum
Usage life:2 years

Claims: Pond’s Flawless White Deep Whitening Facial Foam claims to wash away the dirt, oil and impurities that cause dullness and reveals bright, sparkling clean skin underneath while the new VAO-B3 complex is especially created to deliver flawlessly radiant skin.

Directions for use:
1. Wet the face.
2. Squeeze a small amount into your palm and massage in circular movement.
3. Rinse your face with water properly.

My take on the product:

I have a combination skin and always face the dilemma whether to opt for a face wash that treats dry skin or that treats oily skin. Since there is a dearth of good face-washes for people with combination skin, Ponds flawless white facial foam showed the first positive sign because it is suitable for all skin types .And though I was a little apprehensive in the beginning, once I used it, many of my problems seemed to be sorting out.

Application: I realized that applying this facial foam regularly twice a day is necessary. Besides, there are minute granules that remove dead cells and ensure a cleaner skin. So without fail apply it regularly.

Post-application: The face after the wash is definitely cleaner and fresher. Additionally, the dry feeling that usually accompanies such face washes is absent here.

The good of Pond’s Flawless White Deep Whitening Facial Foam:
1. A very small quantity is enough to wash off the dirt from your face. Thus, one 100 gm pack can last you more than two months.
2. It also helps in removing tan caused due to excessive sun exposure.
3. The facial foam treats the spots left on the skin and reduces them.
4. The VAO-B3 complex comprises Vitamin E, Allantoin and Optics powered Niacinamide especially formulated to provide a flawless skin tone.
5. The tiny granules act as a daily scrubber without harming the skin and removing the black and white heads to an extent as well.

The bad of Pond’s Flawless White Deep Whitening Facial Foam:

1. The pack is priced at Rs.175 for 100 gm which is a little expensive.
2. Another problem is that it has no smaller pack of 50 grams or less. Consequently, if anyone wants to take a small sachet or a small tube for trial, she will have no option but to either buy the 100 gm pack which is the smallest or not try the product at all.
3. Though it works excellently for a short span of time, the freshness cannot hold for a very long span. If your skin is on the oilier side, it might not work that well.

My rating: 3.5/5

Will I buy it again? Well, yes. This facial foam worked pretty nicely on my skin and I am hoping that regular use will let me have a flawless and clear skin.

Hope it’s helpful. 🙂

      1. black charcoal one is good at removing makeup and grime and sweat after a tiring day, in winters it will dry skin like anything !! Its action is similar to neutregena deep clean face wash, the white one !! So good during summer not winter for dry skin pple!

          1. It removes all dirt , leaving squeaky clean skin, but removes moisture too!! So just after using it, moisturiser kerne se hi sab thik ho jayega !

  4. I love Pond’s face washes! :woot: Most of them work well and they are cost effective since a very little amount is required per wash. After reading this review, I am now confused as to whether I should buy this one or the charcoal one. Such a dilemma. 😛 :struggle:
