Sorry that comment got cut off mid way. I think its better to use a smudging brush for kohl/ kajal. U can get a good smudging brush from many brands… Saste me colorbar wala bhi hai… Or u can use a cotton bud for smudging it.

Oooo i hope my reply isn’t late :)…currently I am using my Lakme Absolute eye shader brush for softly blending the harshedges of liners…and trust me..it works beautifully in blending and smudging the kohl with your shadow..u know that hazy kind of look which gives you soft but defined kohled eyes..the angle of the brush makes it very easy..if you want a more prominent smudging..then colorbar smudge brush is excellent at the price..hope that helped 🙂
